2 Options. Find the Perfect Flight.


Emory has two travel providers available to assist you with your travel needs. BCD/Tbiz Travel and Maupin Travel.




BCD/Tbiz Travel

  1. Travelocity "Tbiz" is now BCD Travel.
  2. Book simple, single - destination travel arrangements via BCD/Tbiz Travel online booking tool.
  3. Call 404.727.3000 (Press Option 1) to book complex, multi - stop, or multi - airline trips
  4. Arranging travel for Emory guest: review and complete these steps to book guest travel. If a non - refundable ticket is purchased and a guest cancels, Emory will not receive a refund or credits for the cancellation.
  5. Arranging group travel, view these details and complete the New Group Air Request Form (Download the form).
  6. Important: Direct billing airfare to an Emory Healthcare SpeedType (SmartKey), book with BCD/Tbiz Travel only.

Maupin Travel

  1. Maupin Travel is a Women - Owned Small Business travel provider available to meet the needs of Emory staff and faculty with Federal Small Business Subcontracting Goals
  2. Call 404.727.3000 (Press Option 2) or email emory@maupintravel.com to book travel arrangements with grant funds. You will be asked to validate your Employee ID.
  3. Arranging travel for faculty or staff, Call 404.727.3000 (Press Option 2) or email emory@maupintravel.com. You will be asked to validate their Employee ID.
  4. Arranging travel for a guest or studentCall 404.727.3000 (Press Option 2) or email emory@maupintravel.com. You will be asked to validate your Employee ID. If a non - refundable ticket is purchased and a guest or student cancels, Emory will not receive a refund or credits for the cancellation.
  5. Important: Emory Healthcare SpeedType (SmartKey) are not accepted as a form of payment.

Did you know?

If you are trying to book a flight with Southwest Airlines and can only locate the flight on their website, that you can book via www.southwest.com and still be eligible for reimbursement.  Southwest does not publish all of its fares and flights with other agencies. For this reason, this purchase is an exception to the mandate.
