What if I have a reporting problem?

With our goal in mind for you to have a positive experience using Emory’s Reporting Environment (RPT), the Emory Division of Finance and University Technical Services would like to provide you with a roadmap for resolving any reporting problems you may encounter.

If you have a problem with reports, Service Now is the preferred method of filing an incident report:

  1. Log in to Service Now.
  2. Select Create New Incident.
  3. Enter the appropriate data in all required fields, which are indicated in red.
  4. Provide a short description of the details of the problem.
  5. Add an attachment, such as a screen shot of the problem.

If you are already in Emory Business Intelligence (EBI), use the Report an Issue selection at the top of the page, as shown in the following graphic, to link directly to Service Now.
