Year-End Dates and Checklist

Please keep in mind the following important dates for year-end close: 

  • FY23 First close: Monday, September 11, 2023
  • FY23 Second close: Thursday, September 21, 2023
  • FY23 Third close: Friday, September 29, 2023

Important Note: The year-end close documents contain the Division of Finance deadlines. Please follow the guidelines of your unit’s chief business officer, as your unit’s internal deadlines may be earlier than those stated.

Use the following information to assist you in meeting all of your dates for year-end close.
